Flexible Reschedule & Cancellation Policy
I have an update regarding cancellations + reschedules: I’ve decided to remove late cancellation fees.
I’ve had a fee-based policy for the last 2 years, and if I’m honest, it’s never felt aligned. I waive them in most cases as almost all of the clients I see at HHP are committed to their care and only cancel or reschedule last minute for genuine reasons.
At Her Holistic Physio, sessions are designed to feel grounded, personalised and fully present. To honour that, I’m now offering a flexible, no-fee cancellation and rescheduling policy that supports both your needs and my ability to show up fully aligned for our work together.
Life happens, energy levels and nervous systems fluctuate, children get sick, babies’ nap timings change, and unexpected events arise. If you need to reschedule or cancel, simply let me know when you can, ideally, as early as possible. You can let me know by sending a text or an email, or by clicking the cancellation link in your appointment confirmation email. If you’re unsure if you need to cancel and want to talk it out, feel free to reach out too.
On occasion, I may also cancel or reschedule sessions to ensure I can provide the level of care and attention each client deserves. Know that I try to avoid this wherever possible and only do it if my ability to be present in the session would be compromised.
My hope is that this approach will allow us to navigate those harder moments in life with ease and respect within our client-clinician relationship. I really want Her Holistic Physio to be a shared experience that is human and compassionate, where both your healing and my capacity to support you can flourish.
Thank you for being part of my little practice.
How to Cancel or Reschedule Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, there are a few ways to do this:
- Click the link in your appointment confirmation or appointment reminder email and follow the prompts
- Call or text Meg on 0433 921 501
- Email megthephysio@gmail.com
How do I remind you of your sessions?
Upon booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with all of the appointment details. One day before your scheduled appointment, you will receive another email and text as a reminder with the appointment details. If you do not receive a confirmation email, be sure to get in contact with me so we can ensure I have the correct email address on file.
