Clinical rehab execrise classes

Exercise classes are sessions with a purposeful format and guided movement instruction.

We often think of classes as a group of people, but the word ‘class’ refers to the structure of the session, not the number of people attending.

  • Purposeful, physio-led instruction focused on your whole body
  • A clear, structured exercise plan designed specifically for you
  • Progressive skill-building, not random exercises
  • Active coaching and teaching throughout every session
  • A guided, holistic program that supports lasting change

Exercise classes are designed to help you learn and practice movement in a supported, intentional way. Unlike a regular physiotherapy consultation, the focus is on guided exercise rather than assessment or hands-on treatment. Each session follows a structured plan, and all exercises are 100% tailored specifically to your body and goals on any given day.

Because the class is delivered one-to-one, you receive my full attention and personalised coaching, allowing you to achieve your goals more effectively and safely than in a group setting.

These sessions focus on building confidence, consistency, and understanding around exercise. They’re ideal for ongoing support when a comprehensive assessment has been undertaken, and an established treatment plan is in place.

These sessions have a very different intention from physiotherapy review consults, as they are shorter in duration (30 minutes) and DO NOT include hands-on therapy or in-depth assessments. The focus is on exercise and home program progressions.

If a new issue arises or hands-on treatment is needed, a longer physiotherapy review consult will be needed.
