Like you, I have a story.
Thank you for witnessing the parts of my journey I’ve chosen to share here.

Experience + Qualificiations
I landed my first job in the healthcare industry at 19, thanks to my Pa talking me up to his nurses when he was in hospital (thanks, Pa ❤️ ). This job was working as a Physiotherapy assistant in a rehabilitation hospital while I studied, which has resulted in me now having over a decade of experience working in this industry and with movement therapy.
I’ve predominantly worked in private practice, but also have experience in private and public hospitals, working with young adults to people in their 100s. I’ve seen a lot over my career: minor strains and back pain, pregnant and postpartum clients, persistent pain, patients with multiple injuries from vehicle accidents, various conditions that impact older people, young people with brain injuries, sporting injuries and people in end-of-life care, to name a few.
What I’ve seen matters most, and feels best, to most people is seeing the person first: conversation and connection. Movement work always comes second, as it must be integrated with their story and what is truly important to them.
Qualifications, memberships + training:
- Bachelor of Health Sciences (2016)
- Masters of Physiotherapy Practice (2016)
- AHPRA Registered Physiotherapist (2017)
- Member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (2013)
- Clinical Pilates Instructor (2017)
- Yoga Teacher (2019)
Personal Values
I deeply love learning, self-reflection and personal growth, which is a recipe that leads me to constantly question my practices, update them, or avoid them completely if they’re no longer aligned with the latest evidence or my treatment style.
As a lover of all things holistic wellness, I am not afraid to dive into deep, philosophical conversations around what it means to be human. I truly welcome you to share anything that feels resonant during your sessions, as the physical body is only one piece of your multi-layered human experience.
Lived Health Challenges
Personally, I have lived through health experiences that have challenged me immensely, but have made me a better person and clinician. Anxiety and chronic stress were with me through most of my 20s, and after becoming a single mum in 2022, I truly experienced what an overflow of that stress can manifest in the body. I rebranded to Her Holistic Physio at the end of 2024 to truly encompass how much my understanding of the mind-body shifted after living through chronic back pain, frequent panic attacks, digestive symptoms, multiple food intolerances, ringing in the ears, low blood pressure, insomnia … the list goes on.
I have come really far on my own healing journey, and it has transformed my clinical practice. I now have both professional knowledge and an embodied understanding of the importance of a holistic approach.
Personal Life
On a lighter note, fun for me is dancing, playing and slow days with my daughter, being outside in the sun, singing my heart out (choir girl in a past life), and making home-cooked meals.
Early nights, natural living and embracing being human is my vibe.
